If your order does not fit for any reason we are able to offer a reprint of your item in a different size or offer a Coupon code of equivalent amount- no return necessary within 30 days of receiving your order.
DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY PRINT
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
Orders can be cancelled before they enter the printing process. Unfortunately once the order enters printing process we won't be able to cancel it. That is because, at this point, we would not be able to stop production or delivery.
